The complete notice is being finalized for Icare’s operations.
The approved notice will explain patient rights, permitted uses and disclosures, Icare’s duties, complaint options, effective date, and contact information. When substance-use records receive additional federal protection, the applicable Part 2 notice language will be integrated or presented as approved.
