About / Our Care Team

Meet the people behind your care.

Icare brings medical and behavioral-health professionals together around one goal: thoughtful, respectful care built around the person in front of us.

Choosing care is personal

Know who you may meet and how each discipline helps.

Outpatient care at Icare is delivered by a team rather than a single clinician. Each discipline contributes something different, and knowing the roles can make a first visit feel less unfamiliar. Who you meet depends on the reason for your visit and what the evaluation suggests.

01

Primary-care clinicians

Medical evaluation, preventive care, chronic-condition follow-up, and coordination with the behavioral-health side of the practice.

02

Psychiatric clinicians

Behavioral-health assessment, diagnostic clarification when appropriate, treatment planning, and ongoing medication management.

03

Therapy and counseling professionals

Structured counseling focused on symptoms, coping skills, relationships, recovery, and personal change.

04

Care coordination team

Practical organization of follow-up, records, referrals, and connections to appropriate community resources.

05

Front-office and support staff

Often your first point of contact — phone questions, paperwork guidance, and help getting a visit arranged.

One plan, not several

How the team works together around you.

When more than one discipline is involved, the goal is a single coherent plan — not parallel plans that never meet. Here is how that usually takes shape.

  1. 01

Care usually begins with one clinician who listens, evaluates, and helps set initial goals with you.

  2. 02

If another discipline could help — for example, counseling alongside medication support — that option is discussed with you first, never decided over your head.

  3. 03

With your consent, team members share the information they need so recommendations stay consistent and medications are considered together.

  4. 04

Your plan is reviewed over time, and the mix of services can change as your needs change or as goals are reached.

Our standards

What you can expect from every member of the team.

Roles differ, but the way we treat people does not. These expectations apply to everyone you interact with at Icare.

  • 01

Person-first, stigma-free language in every interaction

  • 02

Plain explanations of what is recommended and why

  • 03

Respect for your privacy and careful handling of sensitive information

  • 04

Room for questions, second opinions, and shared decisions

  • 05

Coordination in the background so you do not have to repeat your story at every turn

Will I see the same clinician at every visit?

Continuity matters, and the team aims to keep your care consistent. The clinician you see can depend on clinical appropriateness and scheduling, and your plan follows you either way.

Can I ask about a clinician’s background?

Yes. You can ask when you call or during a visit. Verified profile information will also be published on this page once it is approved.

How is my information shared between team members?

Only as needed for your care and as permitted by privacy law. You can ask about consent and authorization at any time, and you can raise concerns about privacy with any member of the team.

Verified information only

Verified clinician profiles will be added as the team is finalized.

Provider names, credentials, photographs, languages, age ranges, and availability will be published only after Icare verifies the information and approves it for the website. This keeps the directory accurate and independent.
