Healthcare works better when the whole person is seen.
Icare Healthcare Network was created to make care easier to navigate by connecting physical health, emotional wellness, and recovery needs across one outpatient care journey.

Respectful care. Clear choices. Connected next steps.
Our mission is to provide accessible, coordinated outpatient healthcare that supports physical health, mental wellness, recovery, and long-term stability. Behind that sentence sits a simple belief: care works better when it is organized around the person, not around separate appointment types.
These commitments shape how visits are planned and how every recommendation is explained.
- 01
Respect every person’s goals, values, and dignity at every step
- 02
Use evidence-informed care within each clinician’s scope of practice
- 03
Coordinate services when medical, mental-health, and recovery needs overlap
- 04
Explain conditions, options, and next steps in understandable language
- 05
Protect privacy and handle sensitive information with care
- 06
Follow through on referrals, records, and transitions so details are not lost
We start with the reason you came — and look at what surrounds it.
Physical health, mental health, and substance use often influence one another. Poor sleep can worsen mood. An untreated medical condition can look like anxiety. Recovery can be harder when chronic pain or everyday stress goes unaddressed. When each concern is treated in a separate silo, those connections can be missed.
Whole-person care starts with listening. We consider the current concern, medications, medical factors, mental-health symptoms, substance-use history when relevant, and the practical resources that can affect follow-through. When needs extend beyond the clinic, we can help identify appropriate outside services and community resources without overpromising availability or placement.
One conversation can open more than one door.
You do not need to know exactly which service fits before you reach out. The process is designed to sort that out with you, step by step.
- 01
Start with a phone call to 702-988-3177. Staff can answer general questions and explain what to prepare.
- 02
At the first visit, a clinician listens to your story, reviews your history and current medications, and asks about your goals.
- 03
Together you build a plan. Depending on the evaluation, it may draw on primary care, therapy, medication support, or recovery services.
- 04
With your consent, team members share relevant information so the pieces of your care stay aligned instead of working in isolation.
- 05
Follow-up visits track how the plan is working, and it can be adjusted as your needs change. When a need falls outside Icare’s outpatient scope, we discuss referral options with you.
Where the connected approach shows up.
Each area of the practice can stand on its own — and each one is stronger because the others are within reach.
